Streetecture currently ships across India.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since our products are made to order, processing may take slightly longer during periods of high demand.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro cities: 4–6 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability and your location.
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
• Online payments (UPI, credit cards, debit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) on most serviceable pin codes in India
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order and complete the payment at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Delays
Streetecture is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier partner issues
• Weather disruptions
• Public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner as quickly as possible.
