Refund & Return Policy

At Streetecture, every product is crafted with care and quality. As our items are prepared specifically for each order, we maintain a limited return policy. However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the correct product in perfect condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please email us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky when shopping online.

If your item does not fit as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist with a size exchange (subject to availability).

Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:

• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Tags or original packaging are missing
• The issue is due to minor color variations caused by screen settings

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund methods:

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Replacement

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
